Melbourne & Adelaide know their foes

Australia's two entrants in the 2010 AFC Champions League, Melbourne Victory FC and Adelaide United FC, know their opponents following the draw which was held in Kuala Lumpur on Monday 7 December, 2009.

Melbourne Victory FC are placed in Group E with Seongnam Ilhwa (South Korea), Beijing Guoan (China), and Kawasaki Frontale (Japan)
For Melbourne's second tilt opponents, Kawasaki qualified for the tournament after finishing second in the 2009 J-League season, while Seongnam is Korea Republic's most successful club with a record seven league trophies to its name and was runner-up in the ACL 2004.
