Among three results for the night, Eastern Suburbs local club Waverley Old Boys went down 1-6 to State League Hurstville City Minotaurs at the second attempt. 27/03/2009: In NSW the McDonald's Cup (formerly Waratah, Tiger Turf, Continental Tyres) is a state wide knockout competition open to men's teams from the NSW Premier League, NSW Super League, NSW State League Division One, and NSW State League Division Two, as well as local Association men's teams. The preliminary round starts this coming week with teams such Pacific Hills Dural, Belmore Hercules, Waverley Old Boys looking to progress to face the incoming state league sides and make it all the way to the Final on Sunday 11 July, 2010
