With the very controversial decisions made by the FFA's unique Match Review Panel (MRP) on Monday, BOTN again asks - Is it legal? (ie. allowed by FIFA) - Whatever the merits of the MRPs actions or indeed lack of them, in these cases, are the FFA breaching FIFA Regulations with the 'kangaroo court' MRP?
