07/09/2010: Australia's second friendly international game under new national coach Holger Osiek on the road to the Asian Cup in January 2011 ended with a first win, 2-1, to the Socceroos in Krakow, Poland, over the Polish national side. 28/08/2010: 'United pluck the Roosters! ' - In a lively elimination semi-final at Luddenham Oval, the home side advanced to fight another day after defeating Roosters 3-2. Luddenham coach, Andrew Montgomery was beaming after the game and remembering that Roosters had beaten his side twice during the regular season, insisted that - "it was just desire that got us over the line" - and that they did with some cracking goals! ..
