(also serving as the Leo Baumgartner Memorial Cup)

7pm, Wednesday 4 May, 2016 –  Leisure Park 1, North Boambee Valley (Coffs Harbour)

Coffs United Lions FC  0
lost to
Urunga Raiders FC 3 (Grant Holmes 38′, Tim Ruprecht 68′, Ben Dooley 79′)

Congratulations to Urunga Raiders FC for their victory over Coffs United in the FFA Cup North Coast Zone Final last night.

Not two weeks ago Coffs United Lions defeated Urunga 3-0 away from home, despite the Raiders making The Cabbage Patch a fortress in the past. Coach Peter Snow would have been disappointed that his team’s patience and effort on the day didn’t close the gap in the scoreline.

This time they held the Lions, scored that needed first half goal by Grant Holmes, then went on in the second half via Tim Ruprecht and Ben Dooley to take themselves this time into the next preliminary round 5 against Bangalow Bluedogs SC from Football Far North Coast.
