AFC Champions League 2014 draw

The 2014 AFC Champions League fixture draw was made at AFC House in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Tuesday 10 December, 2013.

Western Sydney Wanderers FC and Central Coast Mariners FC (direct to group stage) and Melbourne Victory FC (round 3 of the preliminary playoff stage) will also represent Australia and the Hyundai A-League in the 2014 AFC Champions League.

Group H contains Western Sydney Wanderers FC along with Guizhou Renhe FC (CHN), the League Runner-up from Japan, and Ulsan Hyundai FC (KOR).

Central Coast Mariners FC have been drawn in Group F of the 2014 AFC Champions League alongside reigning J-League Champions Sanfrecce Hiroshima FC, 2013 AFC Champions League finalists FC Seoul, and the E1 Playoff winner (Tampines Rovers FC (Singapore) or South China FC (Hong Kong) or Chonburi FC (Thailand) or Beijing Guoan FC (China)).

Melbourne Victory FC will face a playoff against Thailand’s Muangthong United, India’s Pune or Vietnam’s Hanaoi T&T for a place in Group G.

The reigning Singapore League Cup winners Balestier Khalsa could also be on their way to their first ever continental tournament – AFC Cup, should league champions Tampines Rovers clear their ACL Playoff hurdle against Hong Kong’s South China.
